DR. PERMINDER S. SANGHERA, M.D.
An experienced and trusted primary care physician, Dr. Perminder Sanghera brings extensive experience to his role at Affiliated Internal Medicine LLC. He looks after the locals of Peoria, AZ, and is uncompromising in his dedication to the well-being of his patients. Dr. Sanghera pursued his medical education from Dayanand Medical College. He then completed a residency in internal medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Passionate about medicine, he constantly keeps himself up-to-date on the most progressive techniques available. Dr. Sanghera gives his patients his undivided attention and practices with the goal of helping each of them lead healthy and fulfilling lives. He speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi fluently, which makes him widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. He believes in fostering a healthy physician-patient relationship that facilitates assurance and respect.

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Hitpreet Sanghera is a qualified professional. She attended Government Medical College Patiala, where she received her medical degree. Post this, she completed a residency in internal medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. A caring primary care physician, Dr. Sanghera caters to the community of Peoria, AZ, and carefully considers all aspects of her patient’s health in the interest of properly diagnosing and treating them. Dr. Sanghera is Fluent in English and Punjabi, which makes her widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She is a strong advocate for an individualized approach to patient care by utilizing the latest, most effective, and research-backed medical treatments combined with tried and true old fashioned medicine.
DR. THOMAS A. ATESHIM, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Ateshim has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care since 1990. He earned his medical degree from Addis Ababa University and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Ateshim brings deep clinical knowledge and a caring approach to every visit. He is fluent in English, Tigrinya, and Amharic, which allows him to connect with a diverse patient population.
Dr. Ateshim is especially passionate about promoting well-balanced lifestyles, mobility, and the human connection in healthcare. He believes that treating the whole person—not just the illness—is key to long-term health and wellness.

DR. JOSE M. ANGELES, M.D.

Dr. Jose Angeles completed his medical residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, in 1998. With decades of experience in internal medicine, he is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Angeles is fluent in both English and Tagalog, allowing him to connect deeply with a diverse community of patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Angeles is a devoted family man who values the strong bonds he shares with his loved ones. He also has a lifelong love for music—he enjoys playing the piano, guitar, and ukulele in his free time. His warm personality and caring approach reflect his commitment to both his patients and his personal passions.
